Description The DoxAS100 is our newest addition to our oxygen absorber line. This is a fully European product and complies with EU regulations CE/1935/2004 and CE/450/2009 and are suitable for direct contact with food. The pouch absorbs 100ml of O2 and measures 45x47mm. Oxygen is responsible for mold in food. In food products, oxygen is responsible for the formation of mold and insects and causes discoloration or rancidity. The rate of deterioration of food is influenced by the amount of available oxygen. Oxygen Absorbers are designed to absorb oxygen, allowing food products to be preserved longer.
